Shipping policy

TAT

Turn Around Time or TAT is the amount of time it takes to create your product AKA order processing time. Our usual TAT is 8-14 business days.  However, this can be more or less depending upon current orders. Current TAT will be at the top of the website page. Please check this before ordering. 

• We Ship from Missouri
• Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 
• If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at amethystreflections.info@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has already shipped. 
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund you the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. 

 

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is available for customers in Boonville, MO. (65233). Deliveries occur between 4pm and 7pm.

Shipping

We ship domestically. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Missouri, you'll get your package faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
